No, when it showed them training there were a few girls there. Look closely at the two still images they use between 7:36 and 7:45, there are several obviously female CookFighters.

so I'm assuming Rosemary recognized Cinnamon's Delicious Stone being used by Black Pepper and that got his brain going about if the stone was passed to someone good, Cinnamon isn't a bad dude after all. Waiting for him to figure out who he is.

No backstory reveals about Narcistoru, no investigations into Black Pepper, no collecting overdue payment for services rendered from that crook of a CooKing, not even a dang banquet! What a letdown.
